All sales from Sharkbite NSB are final. Because many of our products are made to order, custom produced, or handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This information helps us determine the best way to correct the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or, when appropriate, a refund.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the information you provided with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, and other information submitted for personalized products before placing your order.
HANDMADE ITEMS
Because handmade items are individually created, slight variations in color, size, shape, or appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
If a handmade item arrives damaged or has a workmanship defect, please contact us so we can review the problem.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please do not return an item without contacting Sharkbite NSB first. Depending on the circumstances, returning the damaged or defective item may not be necessary.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions for how the item should be returned.
REFUNDS
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error with your order.
